So, lately, I feel like there is something blocking my path...
I am not sure exactly what it is, but it is big...
And, it is menacing.
And it is making me feel dwarfed, and also a little crazy...
OK, maybe I am being a bit dramatic
Maybe, I am just having trouble accepting that I have hit the wall...on all counts...

What you need is to go do another 10k and see if you have improved.
I think I am going to stick to Rocket City. Ryan doesn't see the point of the beach in Dec, though I have heard Kiwah is a good race.
